TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROWDIANT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of goodwill or reputation
  • Business interruption
  • Any other financial loss

This applies regardless of the cause (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, etc.) and whether or not Growdiant has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

If you paid nothing, our liability is limited to zero.
