Our Return Guarantee
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price (excluding original shipping costs). This return period applies to all customers in the United States and eligible international locations.
By purchasing from Growdiant, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return and full refund, items must meet all of the following conditions:
Timing
- Returned within 15 calendar days of the delivery date (as shown on your shipping confirmation)
- We must receive your return within this window
Condition Requirements
- In original, unused condition with no signs of wear, installation, or operation
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components included
- Free from damage, modifications, or alterations
- Not tested beyond basic visual inspection
- In resaleable condition
What We Inspect Upon receipt, we will inspect your return for:
- Original seal/packaging integrity
- Signs of use or installation
- Damage or modifications
- Missing components or accessories
- Overall resaleable condition
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us for Authorization
Email hello@growdiant.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
We'll review your request and respond within 48 hours with return instructions and a return authorization number. You must obtain authorization before returning items. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Step 2: Prepare Your Return
- Carefully repack your item in its original packaging
- Include all original accessories, manuals, documentation, and components
- Do not modify packaging or remove any seals
- Include your return authorization number in the package
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Ship to the address provided in your return authorization email
- You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless item arrived damaged—see below)
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance
- Important: Growdiant cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns. You assume all risk of loss or damage during return shipping
Step 4: Refund Processing
- We receive your package
- We inspect the item (2-3 business days)
- If approved, we process your refund (5-7 business days)
- Refund is issued to your original payment method
- Your bank or credit card processes the credit (typically 3-10 additional business days)
Full Timeline: Expect 10-20 business days from receiving your return to seeing the credit in your account.
Return Shipping Costs
Standard Returns
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for items returned within the 15-day window in returnable condition. We recommend using a trackable service with insurance for your protection.
Damaged or Defective Returns (Covered by Growdiant)
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or non-functional:
- Contact us immediately at hello@growdiant.com with order number and photos of damage
- Do not ship yet—we'll provide a prepaid return label
- Return shipping is free for eligible damage/defect claims
- Ship your item using our prepaid label

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for refund:
- Items returned after the 15-calendar-day window has closed
- Items not in original condition or original packaging
- Items showing any signs of use, wear, installation, or operation
- Items with modifications, damage, or alterations
- Items damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Items that have been tested or powered on beyond basic visual inspection
- Customized or special-order items (if applicable)
- Items returned without proper authorization

Damage or Defect Claims
If your item arrived damaged or doesn't work:
This is different from a standard return. Please contact us immediately:

- Describe the defect or damage in detail
- Do not attempt repairs or modifications
- We'll authorize a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion

Refund Timeline Explained
Why it takes time:
- Return shipping: 3-14 business days (varies by carrier and distance)
- Inspection: 2-3 business days
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days
- Bank processing: 3-10 business days
If your refund is delayed:
- Check your bank account (some banks take longer to post credits)
- Track your return shipment (if you used tracking)
- Contact us if 20+ business days have passed since we received your return
Exchanges & Product Swaps
Direct Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. However, you have two options:
- Return for refund + new order: Return your item for a full product refund, then place a new order for a different Growdiant product (you'll need to cover new shipping costs)
- Contact us: Email hello@growdiant.com to discuss your needs—we may be able to help with a solution
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return window is still 15 days from delivery
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility (international return shipping is expensive)
- Customs duties may apply on return shipments (your responsibility)
- Return shipping times are longer; plan accordingly
- Contact us at hello@growdiant.com before returning to confirm eligibility and receive return instructions
We may refuse international returns that are not cost-effective or do not meet eligibility requirements.
Our Commitment
We stand behind our products. If you experience a genuine defect or damage issue, we will work with you to make it right. Returns and refunds are processed fairly and transparently—no hidden fees or surprise deductions (except as stated in this policy).
What we won't do:
- Deduct "restocking fees" from your refund
- Charge additional fees beyond stated return shipping (customer's responsibility)
- Delay refunds without explanation
- Refuse legitimate damage or defect claims
