Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Growdiant fixture. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 15 days of delivery date
  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included
  • Free from damage, modifications, or signs of use

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us
Email hello@growdiant.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and authorization.

Step 2: Pack Your Item
Carefully package your item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and components. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for your protection.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we'll cover return shipping costs. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we'll provide a prepaid return label.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items returned after the 15-day return window
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Items showing signs of use, installation, or modification
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refund approval: 2-3 business days
  • Refund processing: 5-7 business days to original payment method
  • Credit appearance: Depends on your bank or credit card company (typically 3-10 business days)
