At Growdiant, we're committed to getting your grow lights to you safely and promptly. This policy details our shipping practices, timelines, and what to expect. By placing an order with Growdiant, you agree to these shipping terms.

United States Shipping

Free Shipping on All Orders

We're pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on every order within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. No minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately upon purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Delivery Time & Carrier

Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping via USPS, UPS, Amazon or FedEx depending on your location. In rare cases due to carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take up to 28 days. Growdiant is not responsible for delays caused by carrier services or external factors beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way. We recommend checking your tracking information regularly for real-time updates.

International Shipping

Eligible Countries

We ship to select countries worldwide. To confirm whether we deliver to your location, please check the shipping calculator at checkout or contact us at hello@growdiant.com before placing your order.

International Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for international orders are calculated transparently at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. The total cost (including all fees) will be displayed before you complete your purchase. This is the final shipping cost you will pay—no hidden fees apply at delivery.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by their country of destination. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your order total or our shipping costs. Growdiant clearly displays this at checkout. By completing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for these potential charges.

International Delivery Times

International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing:

  • Standard delivery: 7-21 business days from shipment
  • Extended delivery: Up to 28 days in some cases (customs delays, local carrier schedules, or remote locations)

Growdiant is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, local carriers, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Issues & Customer Protection

Delayed Shipments

If you haven't received your order within 28 days of your original order date, please contact us immediately at hello@growdiant.com with your order number. We'll investigate with our shipping partners, track your package, and work to resolve the situation promptly. We respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, arrives in non-working condition, or doesn't arrive at all within the stated delivery window:

  1. Contact us immediately at hello@growdiant.com with photos of damage and your order number
  2. Do not discard packaging – carriers require evidence
  3. We will work with you to file a claim with our shipping partner
  4. Resolution: Growdiant will replace your product or issue a full refund once the claim is resolved

Growdiant stands behind its products and shipping. We will not leave you without a solution.

Incorrect Address Issues

We require you to verify your shipping address before completing checkout. Growdiant cannot be held responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout. However, if you notice an error before your order ships:

  1. Contact us immediately at hello@growdiant.com
  2. Include your order number and the correct address
  3. We'll do our best to intercept and update your shipment

For orders already in transit to an incorrect address, we'll work with the carrier to have the package returned to us at no cost to you, and we'll reship to the correct address.

  • We respond to all shipping inquiries within 48 hours

Shipping Guarantee

Growdiant guarantees that shipping costs displayed at checkout are final. No additional shipping fees will be charged upon delivery (except for international duties/taxes, which are clearly disclosed).
